Great value and convenient location. Attentive staff and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was ample and delicious. Rooms on the lower floors have the best views to the Cerro Santa Lucia.

I recently stayed at Hotel Montecarlo for 5 nights during my visit to Santiago. The location was excellent, right next to cerro/Parque Santa Lucia and surrounded by great restaurants. The friendly and relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel made me feel comfortable and welcomed. The layout of the hotel was appealing and the bed in my room was very comfortable. I also appreciated the doorman who went above and beyond to assist with interpretation. The cleaning staff did an exceptional job and deserve a raise. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern furnishings and a clean bathroom. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and downtown attractions within walking distance. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, speaking English and providing useful directions. the breakfast served in a bright and nicely decorated room was delicious.

That the taxis and shuttle buses offered by the hotel were more expensive than other options available at the airport. It would have been more convenient and cost-effective to use the safe regulated shuttle buses outside the airport.

I recently stayed at Montecarlo for a week-long vacation. The location was fantastic, with a great view from the top floor. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and store my luggage. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a quirky suite option that had curved stone walls. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The hotel also offered free private parking and had good wifi connectivity. it was a wonderful stay!
