Excellent service saves the day!

We recently had a situation with our flight being changed to an earlier time, leaving us with no transportation to the airport. However, the amazing staff at Pascual Andino went above and beyond to help us. Carlos, at the front desk, tirelessly called transportation companies until he found a private driver who could get us to the airport on time. Thanks to their dedication and quick thinking, we made our flight and connection, saving our vacation.

This hotel in San Pedro de Atacama exceeded our expectations in every way. the value for money was incredible - we couldn't believe how affordable our stay was considering the high quality of service and amenities. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a memorable stay. The rooms were comfortable and modern, with beautiful bathrooms and high-quality bed linens that made for a relaxing night's sleep. We also loved the attention to detail, such as the patio off the room which provided a lovely space to unwind after a day of exploring. Additionally, the location of this hotel was perfect, just off the main street but still close to all the attractions, shops, and restaurants. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay in this vibrant town.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the city center. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a nice outdoor sitting area and plenty of natural lighting in the bathroom. The staff was attentive and helpful, even providing bag lunches for early morning excursions.

Although the staff was generally helpful, there were a few instances where there were communication issues due to language barriers.

Had a lovely Easter time, great complementary chocolates and traditional bread. Convenient location close to restaurants and shops. Also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of exploring.

Not worth the price. the room was small and there was a lot of noise from the street.

I had an amazing stay at Pascual Andino in San Pedro de Atacama. The location was unbeatable, just a few minutes walk to the heart of town, yet the hotel was incredibly peaceful and tranquil inside. The attention to detail was impeccable and the cleanliness of the property was outstanding. The room was comfortable and the outside patio area was a delightful bonus. The staff were extremely friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was delicious, with eggs made to order and a variety of fruits, breads, and cereals. I also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a snack bag packed for us when we had to leave early for an excursion and miss breakfast. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel in Atacama.

Nothing everything was great.

The rooms at this hotel are super clean and the beds really comfortable. The bathrooms are large with huge showers. The layout and decor of the rooms is very attractive and perfectly reflects the style of the town. Each room has a private walled patio area, small but perfect for sitting outside. The hotel also has a large patio for guests. The rooms are heated for the cold nights. The staff at reception, Monica and Alessandro, were extremely helpful in giving us information about places to go and restaurants. They spoke perfect English and gave us great tips for exploring on our own. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and made-to-order scrambled eggs. The location is great, just 2 minutes walking to the plaza. Parking is available on site. everything was perfect during our stay!

Felt so relaxed, no complaints.

We had an amazing stay at Pascual Andino! the rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were luxurious. the quiet patio was perfect for relaxing and stargazing at night. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast and even packed snack boxes for us when we had to leave early. the common areas were beautifully designed and the pool was a nice addition. the location, slightly away from the center, made it a peaceful place to stay in San Pedro.
