We loved the beautiful period property with modern decor and clean rooms equipped with toiletries. The free parking outside the hotel was convenient, and the central location made it easy to explore the city and enjoy various cuisines. The freshly cooked breakfast with a great range of pastries and fruit juices was included in the room cost, making it excellent value for money. We have stayed here multiple times and can't wait to return.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, as it was conveniently close to the university where I had meetings. It was situated in a quiet area with a lovely leafy square, which added to its charm. the staff member who greeted us upon arrival was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Speaking of breakfast, the options available were extensive and the staff went above and beyond to cater to our preferences and requests. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a pleasant view, a modern and clean bathroom, and an excellent shower. the added bonus of free WiFi was also appreciated.

The noise in the hotel was unbearable at times, especially when people in the neighboring rooms went in and out. the heavy doors and creaky floors made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

disappointing decor

The staff were really friendly and always willing to help. I appreciated the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi which made the stay more enjoyable. the hotel was situated in a great location with easy access to the city center. Lastly, the modern and cozy room made for a comfortable stay.

The ventilation in our room was poor which made for an uncomfortably hot stay. the rooms with twin beds were not ideal due to the low beams, making it awkward to move around the room.

I had a comfortable and lovely stay in Exeter at a hotel with a convenient location. The room was well-appointed and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the High Street was just a short walk away.

The staff were fantastic, especially Lorraine who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and included a very large TV and plenty of coffee and tea options. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent - it was freshly cooked and nicely served, and the portion size was enormous.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't fault anything.
