I recently stayed at this hotel for one night and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The location of this place was fantastic, with everything I needed within walking distance. I enjoyed taking walks around the neighborhood, exploring the various shops and trying out different restaurants. The staff at this hotel was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room I had was spacious and comfortable, providing all the amenities I needed to relax and unwind. my stay at this hotel was excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

As adventure travelers, we loved the convenient location of the hotel, making it easy for us to explore the nearby sculpture park and Costanera Tower Mall. The variety of cafes and restaurants in the area was also a big plus.

Felt like royalty, with the reception manager greeting us warmly and always being a pleasure to chat with. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble.

Great location in downtown Providencia. Walking distance to Costanera center and Isidora Goyenechea for excellent restaurants and attractions. The neighborhood is vibrant with plenty of options for dining and exploring.

I had a wonderful stay in a lovely residential area, with easy access to the subway, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel was clean and had all the necessary facilities. Plus, it was within walking distance to everything, including Cerro San Cristobal.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a beautiful tree-lined neighborhood not far from a bohemian district. This place is actually nice since it is only a block away from the subway and also a few blocks from a big mall, making it easy to go out for walks around where you can enjoy good meals in nice restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful in assisting me to track down my luggage that had been delayed with LAN airlines. They were quite friendly, providing me with a welcome drink ticket to enjoy a pisco sour, soft drink or coffee at the nearby hotel bar. The room was overall clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel also offers amenities such as room service, laundry service, and an outdoor swimming pool.

Great value for money! We stayed in a mini-suite with a king bed for a very affordable price. the room was clean and modern, and the restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. the hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, close to the vibrant Bellavista district. Free internet access was also a plus.

The front desk staff lacked enthusiasm and could have been more welcoming. the noise from the bar area could be disturbing at night.

For our recent stay in Santiago, Hotel Torremayor Lyon was the perfect choice. We were in town to visit the sculpture park and do some shopping at the Costanera Tower Mall. The hotel's location made it incredibly convenient for both activities. We were also pleased to find a great selection of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The reception manager was a delight to interact with, always greeting us like old friends. If you're a fan of the 80s, you'll love the nostalgia-inducing atmosphere, complete with background music from that era. The staff were helpful, and the hotel offered a reliable taxi service.

I recently stayed at Torremayor Lyon for 3 nights during my visit to Providencia. The location was perfect, with easy walking distance to Costanera Center and Isidora Goyenechea for great restaurants and galleries. The breakfast, while not outstanding, was still good with delicious eggs, ham, cheese, cookies. Of all the staff, Pepe, our waiter on the first night, was absolutely amazing!
