The room we stayed in had some maintenance issues, as the bathroom flooded after every shower and the sink filled up. the rooftop pool was not well-maintained and the hot tub was too cold to enjoy.

This hotel is a luxurious venue with exclusive amenities. the service is beyond exceptional, making my stay unforgettable. the Spa & wellness center is an ideal place to relax and unwind. I loved the Outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi which offered a spectacular view of the city. the Massage was top-notch and highly recommendable. the Rooftop pool is an amazing spot to catch some sun while enjoying a poolside snack bar.

The only minor issue was the Dinner which fell short of expectations. this was promptly resolved by the attentive and friendly staff who offered a selection of Buffet breakfast and Special diet menus in-room or at the exceptional Restaurant.
