The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to restaurants and rental car services nearby. Additionally, the bedding and toilets were very clean, providing a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the nearby supermarket. I would recommend this hotel.

The language barrier with some front desk staff can be a challenge, as they do not speak English.

This hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! The location was super convenient, right in the city center. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and warm, with spacious bathrooms and comfy beds. The staff went above and beyond, helping us book tours and keeping our luggage safe during our trek. The breakfast was delicious and ready early, perfect for our day trips. The wifi worked flawlessly and the water pressure in the shower was great. a jaw-dropping experience!

We had a great time during our city break. the breakfast was good and we loved the fact that they provided a breakfast box for us when we had to leave early. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it convenient for us to visit various restaurants and shops. the luggage storage facility was an added advantage.

Nonetheless, overall it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

This hotel was perfect as a starting point for our trips in the area. Its central location meant that we could easily explore the surroundings and find restaurants and shops close by. The staff were very helpful and the basic amenities were all in good condition. The rooms were clean and the heating was adjustable, which was a plus. Although the breakfast was nothing special, it was sufficient with a variety of options available, even in the early morning.

We stayed at Lady Florence Dixie for two nights, both before and after completing the W trek in Torres del Paine. the rooms were clean, warm, and had hot water. the staff was helpful and managed to communicate with us despite our language barrier. They also kept our luggage free of charge while we were on the trek. the location was excellent, right in the city center.

It was like a dream after spending 7 nights in a tent. The breakfast was ready super early, around 6am, so I could grab something before catching the 7am bus to Torres Del Paine. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and they even stored my extra luggage free of charge while I was on the trek.
