I got great value for my money at this hostel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had convenient amenities like individual lockers with outlets. The location was fantastic with amazing views over the city, and the staff treated me like family, helping me organize treks and answering all my questions.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, maybe by adding more variety or options.

The location of the hostel is quite convenient, being close to the main square and also near the ancient ruins of Saqsayhuaman. The staff at the hostel is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure the comfort of their guests. The dorm rooms are well-equipped with individual curtains, lockers, lamps, and power points, providing privacy and security. The showers are also fantastic, with plenty of hot water even on chilly Cusco mornings.

The WiFi speeds at the hostel are a bit below par.

One downside mentioned by a guest is the need for a curtain in the lofted rooms to provide more privacy for the beds.

I had an amazing stay at Supertramp Hostel. The staff was great, the location was nice, and the beds were comfortable and clean. The breakfast always came with a delicious special side dish. The views of the city from the terrace were super beautiful, especially at night. The hostel had a cool decoration and enjoyable common spaces both outside and inside. The reception was warm and helpful, providing taxi assistance and travel advice. I also loved the presence of the cute and friendly dog and cat. I would definitely choose Supertramp again.

the rooms were modern, funky, clean, and comfortable. the views from the location were absolutely amazing, offering a panoramic view of the city and easy access to the ruins. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay in Cusco and Machu Picchu even more enjoyable. the hostel had a calm and quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. I also loved the presence of their sweet cat and dog. I had a fantastic time at the hostel.
