Located outside the city, peaceful with lovely enclosed gardens. Adorable pet llama-guarnaco and friendly cats. Helpful and cheerful staff. Restaurant serves better food than typical in the region.

The room was clean and spacious. the outdoor pool was relaxing and enjoyable. the restaurant had tasty meals and affordable prices. the hotel is located near key attractions and provided easy access to them.

The staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. the heating system was inadequate, and it was hard to adjust the room to a comfortable temperature.
