The room was comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing space to unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

It's unfortunate that the hotel didn't provide in-room tea making facilities, which could have enhanced the overall comfort of the stay.

We had a superb stay at a conveniently located hotel near the metro. The breakfast was outstanding, with self-service options and made-to-order omelettes. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Nh Ciudad De Santiago for a great experience.

Great location near Salvador metro and close to downtown and popular areas such as Barrio Lastarria and Barrio Italia. Walking distance to Bella Vista and Parque Metropolitano. Helpful staff, particularly Victor. Spacious suite with a walk-in wardrobe and writing desk. Good buffet breakfast options for vegans.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a range of options to suit all dietary preferences, and the omelette chef was a great addition. The hotel also offered a range of leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.
