The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located near Bicentenario Park and the vibrant Vitacura area. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my request for a quiet room. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff there was also very attentive. The rooftop terrace with the outdoor pool offered stunning views of the Andes Mountains.

I got incredible value for my money at this hotel. The room was much fancier than what I paid for and we were pleasantly surprised by the upgrade. The location in the heart of Vitacura was perfect, surrounded by good restaurants. The staff treated us like royalty, especially when they found out it was our honeymoon.

We had a wonderful stay at Noi Vitacura. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful park and upscale shopping mall just a few blocks away. The rooftop bar, pool, and restaurant were absolutely amazing and became a daily ritual for us. The staff at the front desk and bell staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The restaurant upstairs had a breathtaking view and served the best food. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, beautiful facilities, and friendly staff.

Had a great weekend getaway with friends. Enjoyed our stay in a hotel with excellent complementary snacks, coffee and wi-fi reception. the location was ideal with numerous restaurants and shops within a few blocks, which made it easy to explore the city. Also loved the rooftop view of the natural surroundings, it was a great place to relax.

Our room was not properly cleaned, and we had to request housekeeping to return to properly tidy it up. our room was not soundproofed properly, and we could hear everything happening outside.
