Our stay was relaxing and spacious, perfect for our family of five with three little ones. The loft layout was great for play, and we enjoyed the nearby restaurants and parks. The hotel is easy to navigate and has a quiet atmosphere.

My wife says that the breakfast options could be better.

absolutely loved the cold upstairs room, thanks to the aircon that decided to stay downstairs. how charming! and oh, the parking situation was delightful—really enjoyed lugging my bags across a whole 30 meters. not to mention, I certainly expected a complimentary breakfast at least! I mean, is that too much to ask?

I stayed for 5 days and got my loft earlier than expected, which was helpful after such a long flight. The space felt like home, and I enjoyed being close to local restaurants and attractions. I appreciated the cleaning option for a fee. The area can get noisy outside, especially at night, but I managed to keep the window open. Overall, the location and comfort made it a good choice for my solo trip.

During my four-night stay, I found the spacious loft to be both comfortable and clean. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the location was ideal for exploring. With good nearby restaurants and attractions within walking distance, I would definitely come back if I'm ever in Santiago again!

During my stay, the kitchen lacked basic utensils, making it frustrating to prepare even simple meals. Additionally, the pillows were excessively hard, which made sleep uncomfortable, and the mattress definitely showed signs of wear. Although the staff were friendly, the constant noise from the busy road outside disrupted any chance of a restful night.

the park hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk to a supermarket and several restaurants. the standard apartment was comfy and had a small kitchenette, which was super handy. i really liked how quiet the atmosphere was, perfect for relaxing after a day out.

the location near cerro santa lucia is so dope! tons of bars, cafes, and parks nearby. the staff were super friendly and helped us with everything. the little packed lunch delivered each night was a nice touch, too!

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend getaway in Santiago with attractive and competitive value for money. Make sure to check if housekeeping is included in your stay. I found out it wasn't and had to pay extra for it.
