The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and is only a short walk from the city center. The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel also has a swimming pool and spa facilities for guests to enjoy. the location and amenities were great for a family stay.

The reception staff were unfriendly and made a mistake with our room allocation.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Aachen and had a comfortable experience. The hotel had a traditional feel, and the building itself was quite distinguished. My room, located on the first floor, was spacious and equipped with all the amenities I needed, including free WiFi. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size with nice toiletries provided. The hotel is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk to the town center and offers on-site parking for added convenience. I also appreciated the bar and buffet breakfast, although the atmosphere in the bar could have been livelier. it was a good choice for a comfortable stay in Aachen, offering everything I needed in a great location.

From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere made me feel like royalty. The luxurious amenities exceeded all of my expectations, from the beautiful indoor swimming pool and spa lounge to the high-end restaurant. The service was impressive, staff welcoming me with warm smiles and willingness to anticipate my every need. My room was spacious, modern, and well-appointed, providing a serene sanctuary for rest and relaxation.

Although my stay at this hotel was virtually perfect, there was only one minor issue. I noticed some of the staff occasionally lacked the friendliness and willingness to help I saw in others, making me wonder why they weren't as accommodating.

Had an amazing Christmas experience at a grand and stately hotel! The staff was very accommodating, making sure we had a great stay. The breakfast was delicious and filling and we especially enjoyed dining on the terrace. The location was perfect, near cultural areas and easy to reach from the Autobahn.

the room and bathroom were old and in need of refurbishment. We also had trouble with the heaters and water pressure.

our recent stay in aachen was made even better by the wonderful parkhotel quellenhof. the spacious room, comfortable bed, and delicious buffet breakfast were highlights. the staff, particularly mr. joscha kranz, were kind and attentive. we also enjoyed the direct access to the spa. a fantastic experience!
