During our recent stay at Prime Plaza, we were impressed by the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles and were always ready to go above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

Although there were minor drawbacks, such as the need for improvement in the shower room facilities and a slightly weak wifi signal, the overall experience at Prime Plaza was positive and enjoyable.

The hotel had a great location, very close to the beach and local restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, offering free transport to nearby shops and providing a free lunch. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with great amenities such as air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.

There wasn't much to do in the immediate area, and the beach was very busy. Some nearby restaurants left something to be desired, making it difficult to find good food nearby.

Free shuttle to a nice beach, good tennis court available. Great food, staff, and pool. Quiet area with a few dining options nearby. Renovations ongoing but no disruptions. Upgraded room is spacious and breakfast delivery is superb. Amazing facilities, most staff were lovely, and spa is fantastic.🌟

We had a really positive experience staying at this place. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that made our stay very pleasant. The housekeeping service was impressive, especially when we requested express shirt pressing. The staff provided excellent service and had my shirt ready in just 30 minutes. The location of the hotel was also great, with the beach just outside the center of town to the north. We also enjoyed the poolside cafe, which had delicious food, and the buffet breakfast was excellent every morning. The staff members we interacted with were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I really loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, as it was a stop between the airport and the boat to Nusa Penida. It was so convenient being just a short walk to the beach and next to the port. The staff here were amazing, always friendly and helpful. They even upgraded my room for free and accommodated my special requests. The amenities were great, with a well-equipped gym and daily yoga classes. I also enjoyed the beautiful spa and pool area. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.
