Nestled just outside of town, this tranquil retreat offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds and high-quality bedding. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, offering recommendations for excursions and assisting with tour arrangements. The breakfast spread is delicious, featuring fresh bread and a variety of options. Guests can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere while lounging in the hammocks or using the communal kitchen facilities.

Limited lighting in the town at night may require transportation arrangements for easy access.

The owner, Juan, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel staff was lovely and the facilities were excellent. The location, slightly outside the main town, provided a peaceful getaway while still being close to San Pedro. The view from the lodge was stunning, with a panoramic sight of the Andes and volcanoes. The lodge had a cozy sitting-room and a veranda to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The staff were SUPER friendly and attentive, the breakfast was delicious with eggs made to order, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The view of the Andes from our room was jaw-dropping!

I had an amazing stay at a cozy lodge in the heart of the Atacama desert. The view from my room was breathtaking and the lodge had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Juan, was incredibly helpful and organized a fantastic day trip for me. I highly recommend this place for a perfect Atacama experience.

We stayed at a great choice outside the hussle, noise, and light pollution of town. Planeta Atacama Lodge provided a safe and authentic stay with a rustic charm. The hostess, Katia, was amazing and gave us fantastic ideas for activities. The breakfast was lovely, with fresh produce and eggs cooked to order. The outdoor seating area allowed us to relax and enjoy the sunset. The bed was comfortable and the room clean, with nice touches to enhance our stay. This off-the-beaten-path hotel is perfect for a less touristy experience. We would love to come back one day.
