The hotel was conveniently located near the city square and main walking malls, making it easy to explore the city. the staff was exceptional, with a friendly and helpful attitude. the breakfast offered was quite good, with a variety of options available. the rooms were lovely, and we even received an upgraded suite on our second stay. the people were fantastic and the service was excellent.

One minor issue we encountered was the time it took for the water to heat up in the bathroom. However, this was a known problem and the hotel was actively working to fix it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They were always ready to help and provided excellent service, from ordering taxis to recommending food options. The hotel decor throughout was very tasteful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed. Despite facing a busy street, the room was quiet at night. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city by foot and accessing public transportation, such as the nearby subway station. We also loved the breakfast options, which provided a variety of food choices. Additionally, the hotel had free wifi, although there were occasional connectivity issues.

The staff were welcoming, helpful, and hospitable, with one even walking with me and translating for me when I wanted to order takeout. The swimming pool offered privacy and the sauna was at a perfect temperature. The beds were large and extremely comfortable. The location was central and convenient. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced for a five-star hotel. The breakfast spread was impressive, with scrambled eggs and salmon included. great value for money.
