Beautiful architecture, comfortable room, lovely bay window with great views, helpful restaurant staff, good location, big bed and spacious room.

Absolutely nothing.

We stayed at a hotel just a block away from the lake in a quiet location. Our room at Hotel Puelche was spacious and peaceful, providing a beautiful view of the lake. We were impressed by the facilities, especially the hot-tub and sauna, which we were able to book for an hour. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and went out of their way to assist us with organizing tours during our stay.

Nothing that I didn't like about our stay at Hotel Puelche.

The hotel is perfectly situated on top of a small hill, offering breathtaking views of the beautiful lake and surrounding volcanoes. It is located in a quiet area, away from the bustling streets, yet still close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a table and chairs. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was satisfactory.

There was a power outage during our stay, resulting in the lift not working.

Despite a minor incident with our car, our stay at Hotel Puelche was enjoyable. The location was great, the room was comfortable, and we especially loved the kind and helpful staff at the restaurant. We would consider staying here again. a recommended choice for your stay.

Easter at this hotel was great. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with everything you need, including a beautiful view of the lake. The hotel's location is perfect, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to the town centre. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. it was a wonderful experience.

That the parking lot was a bit small, and we had to wait for other guests to move their cars before we could leave. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from our overall enjoyable stay.

Staff excellent, restaurant terrific. Accommodations great with comfy couches and tea/coffee on each floor. Stunning lake views.
