Amazing Decor and Food, Great Location

Wow, what a stunning hotel! The decor was absolutely incredible, really luxurious and stylish. , the food was really something special, I still dream about some of the dishes I had there. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the city, the sights were just a short walk away.

I have to say, the service was really terrible. We had a lot of issues getting any help from the staff, and when we did find someone, they were really unhelpful.

The room was comfortable with a firm bed and nice view of snow-capped mountains. The breakfast had a variety of fresh fruit, pastries, breads, cheeses, and meats. The staff was helpful with our travel issues. The pool looked inviting, though we couldn't use it due to the weather.

Our room was cozy and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. The breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of choices. We also enjoyed the live entertainment during dinner, creating a magical atmosphere. The hotel was in a great location for exploring the surrounding villages, wineries, and olive oil farm. we had a lovely stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
