absolutely disgraceful! the breakfast was a complete disaster, with cold, congealed food and no one to greet you at the door. i was also flabbergasted to find toilet paper so thin, it felt like tracing paper! and not even a complimentary gesture for such shoddy service? i almost thought to give a good review, but just couldn't.
