I stayed for a few nights and it was the perfect base for exploring the stunning Patagonia region. The location of the lodge is breathtaking, with apartments that have a deck right in front of the lake. I loved being able to walk along the beautiful beachfront and take in the scenic views. The best part was the food at dinner, which was absolutely excellent. Terra Luna Lodge provided an unforgettable experience with its stunning location and delicious cuisine.

We got great value for our money at Terra Luna Lodge with our cozy "Iglu" room offering a stupendous view of Lake General Carrera. The staff, especially Amanda, were incredibly helpful with all our accommodation requests, ensuring we had a comfortable stay. The location was beautifully quiet and the different types of accommodations, like the treehouse, dome, and apartment, all provided amazing views.

The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with a wider selection of dishes.

The wooden cottage with amazing mountain and lake view, cozy fireplace, clean and comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchenette, wonderful breakfast, great toiletries.

Amazing view of the lake and surrounding nature. the living room with fireplace was cozy and perfect for relaxation. the day trip to the glacier was a must and provided a fantastic experience.

The quality of the staff was poor. the service and focus on guest experience were lacking.

The view from our cabin was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking scenery of the surrounding mountains and clear blue waters. We also had the opportunity to enjoy the delicious meals prepared by the kitchen staff, who were very kind and attentive. In addition, the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the nearby attractions and enjoying outdoor activities.

The cleanliness of the cabin was subpar, with spider webs and dead bugs in both the interior and exterior areas. the room also had an unpleasant odor during our stay.
