The rooms were spacious and quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. the beautiful bathrooms were a nice touch. the hotel had a key location, being in a safe and upscale area. It was also a short distance from the center and other areas of interest. the staff were pleasant and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed and taken care of.

The furniture in the hotel seemed to be dated and not aging well, which affected the overall appearance of the lobby. There were issues with the air-conditioning during our stay, which could have been inconvenient for guests.

We stayed in a beautiful room in a very desirable area, away from the centre of town. The room was excellent, with a great bed and it was quiet. The hotel is located right next to a metro station, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were very accommodating, arranging a late check-out for us. The breakfast was second to none, with a variety of options to choose from.

During my stay over Christmas, I really appreciated the warm and friendly staff at the hotel. They made me feel welcome and helped create a festive atmosphere. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within walking distance of popular attractions and had easy access to public transportation. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious Christmas dinner, allowing me to enjoy a traditional holiday meal without having to leave the premises.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, where we experienced true luxury and exclusive amenities. the Spa & wellness center was beautiful, including a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna and rooftop pool. the service was exceptional, with staff always catering to our every need.

Although there was a poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area, we were hoping for more lively activities.

The Ritz has an impressive wood panelled grand entrance and a beautiful lobby area. The lounge bar serves amazing Bloody Mary's and the spa is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and the food is wonderful. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the hotel staff is always helpful, even in last-minute situations like finding a taxi to the airport.

Despite a few minor hiccups, like a delayed delivery for a room service request and a crowded breakfast, our time at The Ritz-Carlton was unforgettable. The hotel is located in the business district of Santiago, right next to a metro station for easy transportation. It is close to outlets and simple but nice restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable. The breakfast offered is excellent and the staff is friendly and helpful.
