We were pleasantly surprised when we checked into our room at Banyan Tree. They had prepared a delicious cake and a bottle of wine to celebrate our special occasion. This hotel is a luxurious experience that fulfills exclusive amenities needs. The service staff is admirable, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed the exceptional indoor and outdoor swimming pool facilities, Aqua park and garden area. The location advantages provided us with easy access to the Casino, Spa & wellness centre, and restaurant. Our room advantages were impressive, such as the spacious room, private facilities, in-room breakfast, and bar/lounge area.

The only negative aspect we encountered was the minor issue of our room's Wi-Fi connection. Although it was easy to fix, we were slightly disappointed by it.
