Friendly staff, especially Ama at front desk, Dolma, and Lola in restaurant. Large rooms with all amenities. Outdoor terrace for drinks and relaxation. Huge breakfast buffet with Asian and Western choices. One of the best stays ever. 👍

This hotel provides a luxurious and exclusive spa experience. We were impressed with the wide range of spa treatments including full body massages and beauty treatments. the sauna and treatment rooms were clean and spacious and we enjoyed the private facilities provided.

While our overall stay was fantastic, we encountered minor issues with the bathroom and toilet cubicle sliding doors. the hotel's facilities were showing signs of wear and tear and could use some maintenance.
