The value for money at Hotel Nuo Forbidden City was excellent, with a great room and outstanding breakfast selection. The hotel's location was ideal, being within walking distance of Tiananmen Square and surrounded by many restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

stayed at a fantastic hotel near the Forbidden City. the room was clean, equipped with everything I needed, and had a great view of the avenue leading to Tiananmen Square. the location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the tourist sites, shopping areas, and restaurants. the hotel staff, especially Coolio at concierge, provided exceptional service. Coolio went above and beyond in assisting with reservations, taxis, and even packing me breakfast for my early morning Great Wall tour. the facilities, including the gym and pool, were excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional , from the private facilities to the restaurant and bar/lounge area. the service was impeccable, with the staff anticipating our every need.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the air quality control in the room, but the staff quickly remedied the situation and made us feel comfortable. Other than that, our experience at this hotel was top, notch and exceeded our expectations.

We loved the spacious rooms with classic furniture and paintings. The prime location near tourist highlights and shopping street was perfect for us as bike riders. The staff was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The concierge service was excellent, helping us organize day trips with superb cars and drivers.

The rooms themselves were well designed and had some nice amenities, like complimentary toiletries and a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a variety of dining options and a bar where I could relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

There were a few things about my stay that left a bad impression. For one, the carpet in the hallway looked quite worn and could definitely use an update.

They went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, even upgrading my room to a magnificent suite. I particularly want to mention Cindy Liu, who handled a situation with the AC professionally and considerately. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it to fellow travelers.
