The hotel's location was ideal, being within walking distance of Tiananmen Square and surrounded by many restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the tourist sites, shopping areas, and restaurants. The hotel staff, especially Coolio at concierge, provided exceptional service. Coolio went above and beyond in assisting with reservations, taxis, and even packing me breakfast for my early morning Great Wall tour. The facilities, including the gym and pool, were excellent. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We loved the spacious rooms with classic furniture and paintings. The prime location near tourist highlights and shopping street was perfect for us as bike riders. The staff was friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The concierge service was excellent, helping us organize day trips with superb cars and drivers.

I recently stayed at a hotel in central Beijing for a few nights. The staff were very friendly and accommodating during my stay, and the location was great for seeing some of the city's main landmarks. The rooms themselves were well designed and had some nice amenities, like complimentary toiletries and a comfortable bed. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel had a variety of dining options and a bar where I could relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing.

There were a few things about my stay that left a bad impression. For one, the carpet in the hallway looked quite worn and could definitely use an update.

The staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and well-trained, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
