The location is fantastic, nestled in the Mid-levels and just a short walk to the Central escalators, making it easy to explore. Clean and functional rooms offer beautiful views over the bustling city. Enjoyed the delicious home-grown organic fruits during breakfast, adding a nice local touch. However, the gym felt cramped with limited cardio equipment, and the decor in some common areas appeared outdated.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating, which truly enhanced my stay.

beautiful gardens and historic churches, which made our mornings truly enjoyable. The pool was larger than we expected and offered a delightful ambiance. However, the decor might not be to everyone's taste as it's quite traditional. Overall, we'd recommend it!

The paths leading to the hotel are a nightmare with heavy luggage!!! Small rooms can be quite a squeeze, making it tough to navigate!!! Finding the shuttle pick-up location was unnecessarily complicated!!!

The vibe was lekker, especially the shuttle bus to IFC. Our room was clean, and we even got upgraded due to a hiccup—much appreciated! location was perfect for exploring the area on the mid-levels escalator, so we had a jol discovering the restaurants and shops nearby.

We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the city and loved the comfy breakfast setup. The location was perfect for reaching the central escalators and other nearby attractions like Soho. Pool access was a nice perk! Highly recommend it for a group trip.

However, my experience was a bit marred when we had to wait over two hours for our room to be ready upon arrival. That was frustrating and left us unable to settle in right away.

We stayed in a Deluxe Suite for three nights, and it was fantastic with super space to unpack and relax. The views were stunning over the gardens and city lights. The shuttle to the airport made traveling easy. One minor hiccup was that our room’s photos seemed a tad more spacious than reality.

We explored the nearby Soho for some great food and drinks. The views from our room were incredible. The hotel shuttle made getting around easy, and the Wi-Fi was solid. Can't go wrong with the breakfast either!

The staff were actually friendly they brought me an extra pillow right away when I asked for it. Morning breakfasts were a highlight lots of options and everything was always fresh and tasty really set my day off right.

It was somewhat pricey but considering the location it's okay.

We had a comfortable stay, and the location was super convenient for exploring the city. The pool and gym, though small, were well maintained, and we enjoyed using them as a family, including our two dogs during our visit. Breakfast was consistently good.

In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly amenities would be great.
