I recently stayed at the Best Western in San Ysidro for a few nights with my infant. The small sink area in the room was a great convenience, allowing us to keep our feeding supplies separate from the bathroom. The hotel was impressively clean, especially considering its proximity to the Mexico border. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with good bedding and hotel-style decor. Free parking and breakfast were a nice bonus, and there's even a McDonald's nearby for quick meals. The location is perfect, with stores, food sources, and laundry mats within walking distance. a satisfying stay.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location is fantastic, right behind the very first McDonald's you see. It's also close to other restaurants, making it convenient for dining options. Secondly, the staff at this hotel is incredibly friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, answering questions about the city and even checking with me to see if I found the places I was looking for. Lastly, the rooms have been recently renovated to a modern style, with clean and comfortable beds. Everything is cleaned by the attentive housekeeping staff, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay. Oh, and did I mention that breakfast is included? Such a great value for money!

The beds at this hotel were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on fluffy clouds! It was such a relief after a long day of exploring the city. the staff at the hotel were also really friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They really made me feel welcome and added to the overall positive experience.

One downside of my stay was that the shampoo dispenser in my room was broken. It was a small inconvenience, but still disappointing.

We had a great experience here at this venue. Everything was in sync from the employees to the other guests. The hotel is in a great location, right behind the very first McDonald's restaurant you see. The amenities in the room, such as the ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities, were excellent. We also enjoyed the terrace which had comfortable garden furniture. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the outdoor swimming pool was clean and refreshing.

Highly recommend everyone to stay here.

Convenient location near the Mexico border, making it easy to explore both San Diego and Tijuana. the room was clean and well-maintained, which was a pleasant surprise considering the location. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and making our stay more comfortable.

The hotel did not provide trash bags, which was inconvenient and unusual. There were ongoing plumbing works during our stay, resulting in water outages for about an hour each day.

As young people, we loved the spacious and comfy rooms. The grab and go breakfast was great for our on-the-go lifestyle. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

The breakfast options were impressive, with hot scrambled eggs, sausages, breads, waffles. The location was convenient for our needs, close to the outlet store and medical clinics in Tijuana.

The parking was convenient, and the hotel's location was perfect for our event in San Ysidro, the Bio Medical clinic in Tijuana, and the concert venue in Chula Vista. Additionally, it was a short drive to various attractions in the San Diego area. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved my city break stay! the hotel was fantastic with complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. It was located in a prime area, close to shopping, restaurants and bars. the bed was so comfy, and the bedding was spotless and freshly laundered. I liked that the room was furnished with a refrigerator and microwave – it made the stay more convenient and enjoyable.

The only issue I had was with the housekeeping staff who knocked on my door too often, even with the "Do Not Disturb" sign up. Other than that, the overall experience was great.
