The rooms were spotless, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and the communal areas were stunning. The kids' water park was absolutely amazing!

We had an amazing stay at the resort. the installations were beautiful and well-maintained, with picturesque beach and swimming pool areas. the rooms were lovely, clean, and sanitized. the staff was absolutely hospitable and the receptionists, although they didn't speak English very well, were still helpful. the food at the buffet was good with plenty of options to choose from. Some evenings, there were entertaining shows to enjoy. the aquapark was great for kids, but as adults, we could only be near it and not use it. the staff was genuinely interested in our opinion and worked to solve our requests.

bahia principe fantasia punta cana was absolutely amazing! the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. the resort was clean and the pool area was great. the food at the circus restaurant was delicious. overall, a perfect stay!

On a positive note, the location of the hotel in front of the kids water park was ideal, as it provided easy access for our children to enjoy the water activities. We appreciated that the hotel was within close proximity to the restaurants, making it convenient for us to grab a meal at any time of the day. the room we stayed in was comfortable and well-equipped with a coffee maker and a TV guide by the nightstand. The staff also provided great service and the inclusive breakfast was delicious.

The lack of maintenance in the game room for the kids, with many machines being out of order. we felt disappointed that the hotel staff did not greet us or acknowledge our presence throughout our entire stay.

During my Christmas stay, there were a few things that I really liked about the hotel. the inclusive nature of the hotel towards children was a standout feature. There were plenty of activities and entertainment options for kids, ensuring that they were constantly engaged and having fun. the food at the hotel was generally good, with a decent variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the themed dinners that were offered, adding a touch of excitement and variety to the dining experience.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I was not particularly fond of. Simple things like a coffee maker, a TV guide, and room service menus were missing, which made the overall stay less comfortable than expected.

The constant cleaning throughout the resort made us feel reassured and impressed. The à la carte restaurants provided an amazing culinary experience every day, and our 3-year-old loved the food and the activities in the pools. The spacious and clean room had a very comfortable bed, and the buffet had a wide selection of delicious food. The beach was clean, and there was plenty of seating by the pool. The hotel also had a convenient train to take us to different areas. The magic and circus shows were incredible, and there were lots of options at the bars. it was a superb experience that exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to come back!

We were worried about check-in based on past reviews, but had no issues. The Italian restaurant was our favorite. The kids loved the water park and castle. The beach and pool were beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. we recommend.

Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, amazing buffet with a wide selection, convenient train to the beach and other resorts, large and inviting pool with plenty of seating. The view from my room was incredible, right in front of the castle. The pools were huge and relaxing, and the piña coladas were absolutely delicious. The staff were always friendly and greeted me with a hello every time I walked by. I loved how close the rooms, pool, buffet, lobby, and hotel showroom were to each other. The aquapark was great, although limited for small children as adults couldn't use it. The resort genuinely cared about guest opinions and made an effort to address any requests. The only downside was the excessive follow-up from the concierge, which resulted in my baby being woken up multiple times during the day.

I recently stayed at Bahia Principe Fantasia for a family vacation. The staff was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The water park and pool were a hit with my kids, and the beach, despite some seaweed, was still beautiful. I was impressed with the lobby store, where I was able to find cough syrup for my daughter. the staff, amenities, and location made for a memorable stay.

Our family recently stayed at Bahia Principe Fantasia and had an incredible time. The beach was breathtaking and the hotel staff were exceptional. The cleaning and baggage staff were extremely friendly and the manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We were especially impressed by the entertainment crew, including Jerry "I Love my Job," La beba, Tutifrutis, and another amazing member whose name we unfortunately forgot. They truly made our stay unforgettable and should be recognized as the welcoming faces of the resort. everything was perfect and we had an amazing time with our kids and parents. The staff at this hotel were the best we have encountered in all our travels over the past 15 years. From the manager, Mr. Samuel Andujar, to the chefs, waiters, and special mention to Ms. Venencia at the front desk, we felt incredibly welcome. Even the drivers in the resort were exceptional. Thanks to all of them, we can't wait to come back with an even larger group.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
