The value for money at Cordis was excellent, with clean and cozy rooms and a convenient location right above the Mongkok MTR red line. The staff treated me thoughtfully and made my stay truly memorable.

The breakfast menu could be improved by ensuring that the seating areas around the pools are promptly cleaned up after customers finish their meals.

The hotel had a connected mall, making it easy to access the metro station and do some shopping. the staff were excellent and very helpful.

The hot water in the bath was not hot enough, more like warm. the central heater limited the temperature, so they couldn't increase it.

Additionally, the hotel had a convenient location, with easy access to the subway and a shopping mall connected.

The hotel is conveniently located near the bustling Ladies market, where you can find great food and transportation options within walking distance. The Mongkok MRT station is also very close, allowing for easy exploration of the city. guests can enjoy the proximity to a large shopping complex and interesting markets like the ladies market and spice temple.

Some guests might find the Club lounge not serving breakfast to be a slight inconvenience.

We loved the hotel's modern and comfortable vibe, as well as its fantastic location. The hotel is conveniently connected to a very large shopping mall, providing plenty to do and explore. Additionally, the hotel is within walking distance of various tourist sites and only a short walk from the metro station. The hotel facilities were great, including the clean and well-equipped family room. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure that our children had a wonderful stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices and offered excellent quality.

We were fulfilled with exclusive amenities including a well, equipped fitness center, steam room, and sauna which helped us to feel rejuvenated. the rooftop pool and outdoor Jacuzzi had spectacular views of the city, which was an unforgettable experience. the restaurant buffet was extraordinary with delicious meals that cater to a wide range of discerning tastes.

We only had one minor issue, which was that there was no live entertainment at the hotel, however, considering the exceptional and exclusive facilities provided this was negligible. this hotel provided us with a fantastic experience that exceeded our expectations.

From the moment we arrived at the airport, the service was top-notch. the staff were incredibly friendly and always checked in to make sure we were comfortable. the hotel's location in the Mong Kok area was perfect, as it was close to various markets and attached to a shopping mall. This made it easy to find entertainment and plenty of food options. Additionally, the Club Level offered exceptional breakfast and snacks throughout the day, making our stay even more enjoyable.
