We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel near Chicago and had a fantastic time. First of all, the free breakfast was amazing. the variety of fresh fruit, homemade hot items, and delicious kolbaski definitely made our mornings special. Secondly, the customer service was exceptional. the staff at the front desk and the shuttle driver were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great. It was close to lots of yummy restaurants and easy to get in and out of the parking lot.

Although our stay was mostly wonderful, there were a couple of minor issues. our room had a few maintenance issues like a malfunctioning toilet flusher and a squealing shower.

The service and hospitality at the hotel were excellent. the staff was polite and quick during check, in, and they even provided to, go breakfast bags for our early morning flight. the hotel's shuttle service was convenient and the ride to the airport was only about 10, 15 minutes. It was great to have the option for a park and fly hotel, making our travel experience smoother.

There was some confusion regarding extended check, out or early check, in. the front desk should have provided clearer guidance on these options.
