During my recent business trip, I really liked the convenience of having a well-equipped gym within the hotel premises. It saved me time and effort, allowing me to easily fit in a workout before starting my day. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant provided a great variety of cuisines for breakfast, ensuring that I had plenty of options to choose from.

Despite the positive aspects, I was disappointed with the location of the hotel. It was quite far from the main city center and tourist attractions, making it inconvenient for exploring during my downtime.

The staff were professional, efficient, friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. Sunday picnic outing was a sweet gesture. Room service food was delicious and menu was easy to choose from. The club room experience was excellent.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a great stay at the Crowne Plaza Chengdu West. The lobby was spacious and welcoming, with friendly staff always available to assist. The rooms were comfortable and luxurious, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of freshly made dishes. Although the gym and pool area needed more attention, the indoor pool was enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. the exclusive amenities were impressive, particularly the indoor swimming pool and spa centre. the service was outstanding, with the staff displaying great attentiveness and professionalism. the barbeque grills provided a unique dining experience, and the sun terrace was an excellent place to relax and enjoy the stunning garden area.

The hotel's pool and nearby areas were closed due to ongoing renovation work. the staff at times struggled with English, making communication difficult.

It was also near several tourist attractions, which made exploring the city easy and convenient. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding.
