We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel! The upgraded room was spacious and had a comfortable king-size bed. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke good English. The location was perfect, right across from a Metro Underground train station and close to the beautiful seaside boardwalk. The gym and pool were large and well-maintained. The hotel had great amenities and a cheap price for the quality. The breakfast had a good variety and the Club Lounge for Club Floor guests was peaceful. The hotel also had strong WIFI with no issues. a wonderful experience for couples.

One negative aspect was that some guests were allowed to smoke in non, smoking areas, which was unpleasant for non, smoking guests like myself. the hotel should enforce their no, smoking policy more strictly.

They went above and beyond to assist us, even doing something they normally wouldn't. The breakfast, while average, was kept open past closing time thanks to the dedicated staff. The hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to tourist areas via affordable and efficient bus routes. We especially appreciated the staff's help with taxis, phone calls, and writing addresses in Chinese for us. The rooms were clean and the Chinese restaurant served delicious food. a fantastic experience.

I had a luxurious stay at this hotel. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were exclusive amenities that met my needs. the staff provided excellent service and the Spa & wellness centre was outstanding. the massage was rejuvenating and the heated swimming pool was a pleasant surprise. the restaurant served delicious continental breakfast and there was a bar/lounge area for relaxation.
