The staff were welcoming and friendly, good location with plenty of nearby restaurants, decent room size, water purifier in room, short walk to MTR, lots of food choices.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with everything we needed close by, including the MTR station. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with all the amenities we could ask for. It was equipped with a kitchenette, smart TV, and even BOSE speakers. The service was top-notch, with prompt housekeeping and friendly staff who were always willing to assist us. this place provided us with a memorable and enjoyable experience.

We stayed during Thanksgiving and the hotel’s staff was kind enough to offer us a complimentary bottle of wine and a discount voucher for a nearby restaurant. The location was superb, just a few steps away from the subway station and surrounded by plenty of cafes and restaurants. Another advantage was the spacious and well-equipped room.

The housekeeping service was a bit disappointing as our room was not cleaned until late afternoon on the first day and early in the morning on the second day, waking us up. there were a few cockroaches found inside our room which was quite off-putting.

The location of the hotel is ideal, being close to Quarry Bay MTR and just a short walk from Cityplaza. This allows for easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options in the area. Additionally, the staff is friendly and available at all times, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

The kitchen utensils were lacking, as the hotel may not expect guests to do more than reheat takeaway. It would be beneficial to have a better-equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook their own meals.
