I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location is fantastic - right beside the gondola for the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Center. It made it so convenient for us to explore the area without having to travel far. Secondly, the staff were excellent, always friendly and willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Lastly, the rooms were impressive, with wood floors and a jacuzzi tub - such a treat! We also had a great view of the front which added to the overall experience. Plus, the breakfast options were varied and included, although I wish there were more protein choices.
