The location of the hotel was great for exploring Xi'an, and the room was comfortable and clean. I appreciated the fresh fruit delivered to my room daily. Although the staff had limited English, they were always willing to help and I never had any issues communicating my needs. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

I stayed at this amazing hotel in China for four weeks and it was definitely worth the money. The rooms were modern and well-designed, and I had no issues with the lighting. The location was great, just a short walk from the drum tower and the vibrant Muslim quarter with its delicious street food. The staff spoke English and provided excellent service, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, but other than that, I have no complaints.

This hotel has a great location close to the city centre and major attractions within the city wall. The comfortable rooms provide a good night's sleep, while the bathrooms are well-appointed and offer quality toiletries. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and free bottled water is available on each floor. Guests can enjoy a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant and take advantage of the laundry room's free usage.

The hotel's common area had squat toilets, which may disappoint some guests.

We loved the superb location of this hotel, as it was within walking distance of many of the city's top sights. The cleanliness of the room was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities were great, with free snacks, fruit, and mineral water available throughout the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Guo Jian Wei and Ms. Liu Xiao, who always went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast provided a variety of both Chinese and Western options, and we enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal.

the modern design and contemporary feel of the restaurant were impressive. the rooms and beds were spacious and comfortable. the showers had a refreshing rainfall feature. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea, snacks, and water. the breakfast buffet offered a wide range of Chinese and Western choices. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the Bell and Drum Tower and the South entrance of the city wall. the staff were lovely and always ready to help. We will definitely stay here again next time!

the attentive service offered by the staff made us feel like royalty. the room advantages, including the exclusive amenities, were exceptional and made our stay very comfortable. the Restaurant had exquisite cuisines that satisfied our palates. the location advantages were also great as we were able to walk to popular sights and shopping centers.

The smog level was pretty high, which made breathing uncomfortable. the hotel provided us with a fan to keep cool.
