We had a wonderful stay at FS celebrating our anniversary. The room was spacious and well-furnished with a mesmerizing view of the harbour. The outdoor swimming pool was open and the buffet breakfast on the 45th floor offered a good selection. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, ensuring a restful and enjoyable stay. The spa experience was fantastic, with a specialized massage available upon request. an amazing experience.

The value for money at Four Seasons was exceptional, and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The location was fantastic, being close to major attractions and transit hubs. The staff at Four Seasons were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay special.

The breakfast selection could have been improved, particularly in terms of the service. It took a long time for coffee refills and to get orange juice, and it would be great if they offered a set breakfast option at the pool restaurant with its lovely terrace.

The hotel staff, from the reception to the bar, were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service.

The Harbour view is breathtaking. Enjoy the spa facilities, pool, and indulge in a massage. The specialty breakfast, Pumpkin Crabmeat Congee, is a must-try. The hotel is attached to IFC Mall and MTR for easy shopping and exploring. Room size is just right, with a relaxing decor and great bathroom amenities. The Lounge serves delicious breakfasts with big portions, and room service dinner exceeds expectations. The spa offers great treatments and the staff is well-trained and helpful.

We had the most amazing event at Lung King Heen restaurant in the financial district. The staff went above-and-beyond to stage a memorable experience.

The check, in process was a bit lacking, with a lack of initial room upgrade and no welcome amenity. the check, out experience left a lot to be desired, with the front desk officer appearing busy and impatient, giving the impression that only well, dressed and wealthy guests were valued.

I loved how the hotel organized everything for us during our New Year stay, from tickets to the local attractions to restaurant recommendations and reservations. It made our trip so much easier and stress-free. the location of the hotel was excellent. It was conveniently located near the ferry, bus stations, and trains. It was also right next to a shopping center, which was a huge advantage for us. the staff at the hotel were all very sweet and attentive. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, especially for the kids. the extra touches like kids amenities really made a difference.
