We had a great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good mattress and spacious bathroom. The location was perfect for us - close enough to drive to surrounding areas but away from the busy traffic. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could use some improvements. It would be nice to have more variety or choices offered for the grab and go breakfast.

My cousin had a concert at the Blue Gate, so we stayed at the Best Western Plus. The hotel was clean and the staff, especially Amanda and Camille, were fantastic. They made our check-in and check-out process smooth and enjoyable. The room was spacious with a beautiful granite countertop in the bathroom. The lighting in the room was perfect and the color combinations were pleasing. We also appreciated the late check-out option, which helped us a lot since we were in town for an auction. a wonderful stay with friendly staff and clean accommodations.

Another great aspect of this hotel was its convenient location near the highway exit. It made traveling to and from the hotel a breeze, especially for someone like me who had to make a long journey to the east coast. Lastly, I must mention the delicious breakfast options that were available. The breakfast spread had a wide variety of choices, including french toast which was a delightful treat. I appreciate the effort made to cater to different dietary preferences and offer a satisfying meal to start the day.

This hotel is a great value for money! It's so convenient to be close to the highway exit and it's in a perfect location for exploring the Michiana area or traveling to the east coast. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are nice with a pleasant decor. One of my favorite things about this hotel is the relaxing jacuzzi, which is a great way to unwind after a long day. And breakfast is delicious, especially the French toast!

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with nice rooms and very comfortable beds. the breakfast had a good selection and even offered salsa, peppers, and cheese. the hotel was conveniently located close to Shipshewana and the Amish stores and restaurants there. It was also nearby a Walmart and a grocery store, which was convenient for buying necessities.

The price for the room was higher on the day I stayed, and there wasn't much to do in the area. the hotel was not as close to Shipshewana as I was told, and I had expected to be able to easily see the parade and lighting in the Amish country.
