We recently stayed at an apart-hotel in Shenzhen and had a fantastic experience. The location was superb, as it was situated near the subway stations and was easily accessible from Hong Kong. The hotel was also close to several working clubs, which was convenient for us. The room was beautifully done, quiet, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight, offering stunning views of the city skyline. the hotel provided excellent service and an unforgettable stay.

Slippery pool floor, because who needs safety?

During my recent stay at Fraser Suites, I was impressed by the spaciousness of the 1 bedroom suite. It provided ample room for a meeting with five people comfortably seated in the lounge area. The breakfast offered at the hotel was also great, although it did become quite busy after 9am. However, the real highlight of my stay was the golf simulation room. It was well maintained and provided hours of enjoyment, although I did notice that the drivers could use replacement. I would highly recommend Fraser Suites for its comfortable suites and enjoyable amenities.

We had a decent time during our stay on New Year's, but the best aspects were the complimentary drinks and fruit basket in the room. the central location was also a plus, being close to public transportation and various restaurants. the view from our room was also enjoyable.

The room was not well-cleaned and the bathroom had a strange odor. the walls were thin, and we could hear everything from the neighboring room.

Gym equipment is clean and well-maintained. Good view of the city from the infinity pool. Shopping malls and dining options nearby. Large guestroom with a comfortable mattress. Friendly and polite staff. Well-maintained shared facilities including a gym, pool, and bar. Professional and helpful staff with good English skills.

Upon arrival, the lavish decor of this venue made me feel very pampered. the Spa & wellness centre and massage facilities were top-notch and a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. the rooftop pool had sun loungers with the most magnificent views. the restaurant's gourmet cuisine was a definite highlight, and the poolside snack bar was a perfect complement. My exclusive room had private facilities that were sophisticated and very comfortable.

The hotel's location was not ideal for me, as it was a bit far from the city centre. Although the infinity pool was stunning, the shallow end was not deep enough for professional swimmers.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the subway station, making it easy to explore the city. By cab, it is just a short ride away from the Nine Square shopping centre. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff are polite, helpful and speak English, ensuring a smooth experience for guests.

One minor inconvenience is that the floor by the pool can be extremely slippery, which may pose a danger, especially for kids and the elderly.
