I loved the character and charm of the place, it felt like home. a great spot for independent travelers.

The host was attentive, the room was never cold in November, shared bathroom was always free, great for vegans. Plenty of amenities available, friendly staff, close to Manhattan, charming house. Fabulous location for exploring the neighborhood, near Prospect Park and the Brooklyn Museum.

Conveniently located near restaurants and coffee shops. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything I needed. Plus, there was a balcony off the kitchen for chilling.

The pillows were a bit hard for my liking. However, I'm sure if I had asked, the owner would have accommodated me with softer ones.

Excellent communication, comfortable room with AC, good WiFi, and lovely, safe neighborhood. Owner ensured comfort and explained everything in detail. Shared space was not an issue. Spacious room with private sink, comfortable bed, and thoughtful amenities. Wonderful host, convenient location with good public transport, and enormous stay size for a mega city. Clean shared bathroom. Will definitely stay again when NYC is not affordable.
