I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location of this place is perfect, situated in a very nice area of the medina. It felt safe and was easily accessible to various attractions. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The room was spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I also enjoyed the amenities such as the indoor swimming pool and spa facilities. It was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring.

This hotel is highly recommended for families. They cater to the needs of children and offer a variety of services and facilities that are suitable for families.

The location was great, as it was easy to walk to the city centre without being in a busy area. The hotel was right next to a mosque, which added to the cultural experience of staying there. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the courtyard. The bathroom was modern and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

The spa facilities were not fully equipped with a hamman, which was a bit disappointing.

Our stay at Palais Houyam was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and special. The staff, including Moha and his family, went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met. The Royal Suite Souleiman was beyond our expectations - beautifully decorated and spacious. The breakfast served on the terrace each morning was delicious, and the tea was amazing! We also took a day tour of Fes organized by Moha, which was absolutely fantastic. We can't wait to visit Palais Houyam again and highly recommend it to everyone!

Had a good complementary breakfast and a refreshing pool. Location was accessible to nearby tourist spots. staff were cordial and ready to offer assistance.

There were noisy street sounds all day and night. the room was smaller than expected and lacked ample bathroom amenities.

The decoration and design are great, spacious and comfortable areas, meals served with a wonderful view, 10 minutes walk to the medina, no noise.

My wife and I had always wanted to visit Fes and we were very excited! The Palais Houyam went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. We have nothing to fault only the best praise for the Riad and all staff. Even the gardener was so charming!!! Moha, his family and the rest of the Riad staff made us feel instantly welcome and very special! They were the nicest and most attentive people we have ever met. They really made us feel at home! Nothing that we asked for was too much. We stayed in the Royal Suite Souleiman and it is everything you would expect, immaculate!!! The room is perfectly decorated and very big, with all the amenities needed for you to feel like you are staying in a magical dream. We had a beautiful big breakfast with lots of variety brought to the terrace every morning - nothing to fault. Every morning we asked for something different and it was organized with no trouble. The tea was amazing! Moha organized a day tour of Fes with Hajar from Atlas Tours for us which included walking of the Medina and sights and the tour also included driving to some more sights. It needs an entire separate review. There are so many things I could write about this Riad and the wonderful experience we had but I would end up writing a book. Would recommend this Raid to stay in time and time again. The attention to detail, answering of any questions was outstanding. Have no doubt that your stay here will blow you away and go above and beyond anything you were expecting. Can't wait to visit again! Thank you Palais Houyam for making our dream a reality.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel! The location is perfect for exploring the city, as it is conveniently situated near one of the gates but away from the bustling areas. We loved how easy it was to request a taxi to go anywhere without any hassle. The service was top-notch, and the room amenities were superb, from the comfortable beds to the in-room safe and mini-bar. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace, where we could unwind and enjoy the stunning views of the city. this hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The cons are not worth mentioning because there were none. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay.

We had an amazing stay at this place! The location was fantastic, not in the middle of the Crazy Medina but just a 10-minute walk to the famous gate. The area of the medina where the hotel is situated is very nice and peaceful. The hotel had a very modern and stylish design, and our room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with excellent English skills. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The amenities provided, like the free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the soundproofed rooms, added to the convenience and comfort of our stay. Plus, the terrace and garden areas were lovely places to relax and unwind.
