Yo, the location was fire! I could hit the mall in literal seconds, and the views from my room were sick, especially at night. Staff was tight too, super helpful with the mini-bar and coffee machine. Wish the bathroom was a bit fresher though. The vibe at breakfast? Legit. Don't sleep on that!

the cleaning could use some attention, we found some dust on surfaces. the location is great for shopping and dining. the beds were super comfy and the breakfast had a lot of tasty options. enjoyed the evening complimentary wine!

unbelievable! plus, the bathtub was beyond scary, slippery and tiny. i also woudl ve appreciated a complimentary welcome gift like any decent hotel would offer. almost left a good review but just couldn't, sorry Marco Polo.

Room windows facing the mall walls leave much to be desired!!! Staff could improve in handling unique room configurations!!! The décor feels outdated and doesn't reflect modern aesthetics!!! The advertised club lounge experience could be clearer!!!

I had a decent experience overall, especially enjoying the cozy Continental club and the amazing WiFi. Unfortunately, the room carpet could really use a deep clean.
