During my stay at Grand Hyatt, I had a relaxing and enjoyable time. The live band provided the perfect ambiance for unwinding after a long day. The staff, from the bellhop to the kitchen, were all very well trained and made my stay pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free experience.

We were warmly welcomed and received by the staff who made our stay an enjoyable and luxurious experience. The indoor swimming pool and private facilities provided were exceptional and met all our exclusive needs. We were pampered with exclusive amenities and room advantages, which made us feel special.

We did experience a minor issue of noise disturbance from the neighboring room that disrupted our much-needed rest. This issue was quickly resolved by the responsive staff, who relocated us to a peaceful and serene room.

The staff at the club were generally nice and the live band was awesome! They really helped to make my stay pleasant. Additionally, the hotel was located in a great spot for exploring the city.

There were a few things that made my stay less enjoyable. First, I had to wait for an hour to get my room, which was frustrating when I was tired and wanted to rest. Also, there were loud noises coming from the next room, so I had to be relocated. The worst part was the food - the club's afternoon tea barely offered any service or food, and the buffet catered only for Chinese cuisine. I felt cheated, especially since I paid more for a club room. The servers were also useless and didn't understand my requests for crispy bacon. Finally, the restaurant served the same food every night, which got very repetitive.

All staff were helpful and well-trained, from bellhop to kitchen. Enjoyed the live band, providing a much-needed relaxation. Definitely recommend this stay, better than Sheraton.
