Spent Xmas at this hotel. the staff was friendly and welcoming. the location was convenient and close to restaurants and shops. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

The hotel's location is ideal as it is near to many eateries, including a food court. The room was clean and met my expectations. Toothbrushes were provided, ensuring convenience for guests. Additionally, the surrounding area was nice and clean, making for a pleasant stay.

The soundproofing of the rooms needs improvement as noise from other guests and passing conversations could be heard, causing some disruption during sleep.

Checking out was a breeze, with no hassle or delays. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Seremban.
