As a budget traveler, I really liked the excellent customer service and the discount at the hotel's restaurant. The front office staff, especially Freddy and Ethan Yu, were accommodating, understanding, and proactive. The hotel's location was convenient, with the TST MTR station just a 3-minute walk away, making it easy to commute around Hong Kong. The rooms were larger than typical Hong Kong hotels and were clean with good toiletries available.

The lobby was incredibly crowded and there were no seats available, which made waiting for check-in and check-out a bit uncomfortable. the room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations to freshen it up.

Great location in the heart of Tsim Tsa Shui, near the MRT station. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which shows their commitment to improving the property. Although we had some concerns about the shower and the front desk staff, the overall experience was satisfactory.
