We loved staying at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right next to the train station for easy travel to China, a shopping mall for convenience, and by the harbor for beautiful views. The room service was exceptional, providing everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, including car hire, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. The staff went above and beyond, ensuring that our needs were met and even offering tours and ticket assistance. The amenities in our room were top-notch, with a sitting area, terrace, in-room safe, and free WiFi. We were truly impressed with the level of luxury and comfort provided.

We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting this city. The service and facilities provided made our stay unforgettable.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, as it was close to the Kowloon business district and offered a great view of the harbor. the staff at the Club Lounge were amazing and provided warm and attentive service. They made sure we were well taken care of with drinks and food, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and a happy hour. It was a treat to stay in the Club Room and experience the fantastic hospitality from the friendly staff.

The single bed in the room was small and hard, which made it uncomfortable for me during my four-night stay. Additionally, the limited free wifi access was disappointing.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location may be a bit off-center, but it's only a 15-minute walk to the main shopping district. Plus, there's a metro station right across the street, making it easy to explore the city. The view from our room was breathtaking, especially from the private lounge where we enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast spread. The lounge staff were attentive and always addressed us by name, providing exceptional service throughout our stay.

We stayed at this hotel twice, both times for 3 nights. The hotel foyer was large, light, and bright, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Our room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast, which was included in our tariff, offered a variety of options and was plentiful. We enjoyed the fantastic views over to Hong Kong Island and the light show from the restaurant and Patio Bar. The hotel's location near the Tsim TSA Tsui promenade was ideal for taking in great views and stretching our legs. We found the free shuttle bus to Nathan Road and the regular airport shuttle convenient for getting around. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and stunning views.

I recently stayed at Harbour Plaza in Hong Kong for two nights as a stopover on my way to the USA. The Club Lounge Rooms were worth every penny with their express check-in and check-out, delicious breakfast, nightly cocktail hour, and spectacular harbor views. The staff, especially Kitty, provided exceptional service, and the pool and gym were impressive. Sipping wine on the Lounge terrace while watching the nightly laser show was a memorable experience. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb and made it easy for me to travel across the city. Whether I wanted to explore the shopping areas or take a stroll to the Star Ferry Terminal, everything was conveniently accessible. The hotel's services were top-notch - the staff were quick to listen to my requests and were very friendly. They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. The room amenities were excellent, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar. The leisure facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa center, were also magnificent.
