The staff here are really friendly and they really took care of me during my stay. They made sure I had everything I needed without being too pushy. I had a great experience here and I would recommend it to families.

Whether I wanted to explore the shopping areas or take a stroll to the Star Ferry Terminal, everything was conveniently accessible. The hotel's services were top-notch - the staff were quick to listen to my requests and were very friendly. They answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. The room amenities were excellent, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi, a mini-bar. The leisure facilities, such as the outdoor swimming pool and spa center, were also magnificent.

The staff went above and beyond, ensuring that our needs were met and even offering tours and ticket assistance. The amenities in our room were top-notch, with a sitting area, terrace, in-room safe, and free WiFi. We were truly impressed with the level of luxury and comfort provided.

The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to PolyU and the shuttle bus provided easy access to the TST area. being just next to the Hung Hom train station made it convenient for guests who wanted to travel to China. The Harbour Club Rooms, especially those attended by Carmen, provided excellent service and added a personal touch to the stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities, including a kitchenette in the one-bedroom suites. The swimming pool was a great facility and the hotel offered fast wifi, albeit limited to two devices.

One negative aspect was the slow check-in process that some guests experienced, resulting in a delay of up to an hour.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is amazing, right next to the train station with easy access to China. Plus, there's a shopping mall nearby and the breathtaking views of the harbor are definitely a bonus. The service here is top-notch, with room service available 24/7 and the staff making sure all our needs were promptly taken care of. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, and free Wi-Fi. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities like the spa and swimming pool, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring.

Although most of the staff were friendly and professional, some of the reception staff could use some improvement in customer service. However, this minor issue doesn't overshadow the overall positive experience we had here.

The location of the hotel was really convenient, as it was close to the Kowloon business district and offered a great view of the harbor. the staff at the Club Lounge were amazing and provided warm and attentive service. They made sure we were well taken care of with drinks and food, offering breakfast, afternoon tea, and a happy hour. It was a treat to stay in the Club Room and experience the fantastic hospitality from the friendly staff.

The single bed in the room was small and hard, which made it uncomfortable for me during my four-night stay. Additionally, the limited free wifi access was disappointing.

Located in a quieter area of the city, this hotel offers convenience and accessibility. Guests can easily walk to TST promenade, and the hotel is directly adjacent to an older shopping centre with basic eateries and stores. Additionally, the hotel is next to Hung Hom station, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are comfortable, with little freebies in the bathroom and a tea/coffee making facility. The breakfast buffet has a variety of hot and cold dishes, and the staff are helpful and attentive.

The food in the main restaurant is ordinary, but there are alternative dining options in the adjacent mall.

Stayed at a hotel with separate rooms like an apartment! the kitchen was a great plus. the rooms were clean and offered a great view. Access to MTR/Bus/Taxi stations was easy and there was even a free shuttle to Tsim Sha Tsui or the Airport. the room was large, quiet, neat, and tidy. It was conveniently located close to showrooms for work and the walk helped shake off jet lag. Upgrading to the Club floor provided a wonderful view for breakfast and the outside terrace was perfect for catching up on emails while enjoying the lights of Hong Kong across the harbor.

I recently had a fantastic two-night stay at a luxurious 4-star hotel in this bustling city. The location of this place was perfect - it was in a quieter area but still easily accessible with their convenient and reliable shuttle service running every 10 minutes. I loved the amazing night view from my room with a drink and some nibbles after a long day of exploring or business meetings. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and polite, making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi and a comfortable sitting area.

The only downside I can think of is that the staff were not as helpful when it came to assisting with multiple adults and many bags during our journey. However, this small inconvenience did not overshadow the overall exceptional experience I had at this hotel.
