Room was clean and big, and the breakfast was great. the hotel had a pool, and the elevator was quick. the location was close to a hospital, good places to eat, Walmart, and other shopping areas.

The security arm was down in the parking garage upon returning, and there was no available parking on-site, forcing guests to park off-site at an attorney's office across a busy street. This false advertising of secure parking was a major inconvenience, especially with young children.

I always return for my city break. On my first visit, staff kindly gave directions. Everything I need is here: Wi-Fi, fitness center, indoor pool, flat-screen TV. Suited perfectly with 24-hour reception, a lounge, and wheelchair access. Can't ask for more!

Breakfast had many satisfying options. the hotel was clean, comfortable, with a friendly staff. the room was spacious, the bed comfy, and the amenities like the in-room headache remedies were appreciated.

Great value for the money. the rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. I absolutely loved the breakfast, which had a great variety of hot and cold foods, a welcome change from other hotels. the location was also very convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, plus easy access to major highways.

Parking can be difficult, especially if you have a larger vehicle, and there were some hidden fees that were not disclosed upfront. the showerhead was too high, making it hard to wash my hair, and the pressure was a bit too intense.
