i almost gave this overpriced hotel a good review, but the noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable and that weak water pressure made showering a chore, not a luxury! i was also shocked that i didn’t receive even a complimentary bottle of water. talk about customer service! this place really doesn’t care about its guests!

Breakfast options were convenient and plentiful.

My family and I encountered several inconveniences during our stay. The walls were extremely thin. we could hear every movement from neighboring rooms, which made it challenging to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, breakfast lacked variety over our five-night stay, and certain items were simply not replenished, leaving us frustrated as we tried to enjoy our mornings.

The convenient location close to the beach is a major highlight for beach lovers. The spacious kitchenette in my room makes meal prep easy, and the complimentary breakfast offers a great variety to start the day. I appreciate the friendly service from the staff, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.

The water pressure in the shower could be stronger for a better experience.

i had an awesome stay at home2 suites by hilton. during my previous visit to carlsbad, i didn’t have such a great experience, but this time it totally exceeded my expectations. the complimentary breakfast options were fantastic, and i especially loved the happy hour barbecue night they hosted.

the property has a spacious storage area in the rooms. employees should have acted more profissional during my issues.

the mini fridge and dishwasher in the room were very helpful for our family. breakfast had limited choices and not enough staff to keep it organized.

Cozy room, friendly staff, and the convenience of having excellent amenities like a fitness center and outdoor swimming pool made my stay enjoyable, especially with the airport being just 1 km away for easy access.

Plus, the room was pretty quiet, which is always a big win. But I really appreciated the decorative touches in the room, like the nice soap dispensers. Can't forget the 24/7 coffee in the lobby—so convenient! Definitely a solid choice for a relaxing stay.

We stayed for 2 nights and the room was super spacious, perfect for our fam. The outdoor courtyard had this cute fire pit that was great for chilling. It was a bummer that breakfast was just basic bags with snacks. Also, our neighbors were pretty loud, which made it hard to relax at times.
