a recent stay in xi'an was delightful, but this time at soon hotel exceeded expectations. staff were warm and friendly, beds comfy, and location convenient. felt like family and at home.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free fruit basket and coffee coupons provided by the hotel staff. the bed was comfortable enough, and it allowed me to sleep well. the bus stop was quite close to the hotel, so it was easy to go sightseeing.

My stay was not the best. the room was too heated, and the air conditioning didn't seem to lower the temperature much.
