The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always making sure your needs were met. the hotel was located in a convenient area, making it easy to explore the city. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of foods, including local dishes, and the coffee was amazing.

The air conditioning in my room was not working properly, making it difficult to sleep at night. Despite reporting the issue multiple times, it took a while for the issue to be fully resolved.

Some guests have complained about the swimming pool policy, where they were required to purchase swimming caps. This policy seemed unnecessary and caused inconvenience for guests.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre and Sauna offered a truly relaxing experience, while the Outdoor swimming pool and Spa lounge were perfect for unwinding after a long day. the tasty In, room breakfast and delicious Restaurant dinners were a delight, and the Bar/Lounge area was a great place to socialize. the location was also convenient for exploring the city.

One minor issue was that the service could be a little slow at times. this was well worth it for the exceptional quality offered by the private facilities, including the large and well, appointed rooms with exclusive room advantages.
