The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket, allowing easy access to groceries and essentials. it is within walking distance of the Nanjing Massacre memorial, providing a poignant and educational experience. the breakfast at the hotel is delicious and the staff in the breakfast restaurant are very friendly, ensuring a pleasant start to the day.

The hotel WiFi had major connectivity issues and required frequent assistance from the IT manager.

This hotel is perfect for business travellers. the location is very convenient, as it is close to a metro station and a big shopping mall. the room I stayed in was spacious and clean. I was very happy with the luxurious amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and sauna.

The only minor issue I encountered was that some of the furniture in the room looked a bit worn. this did not detract from the overall luxurious experience I had at this hotel.

The hotel room was clean and equipped with good toiletries. the breakfast had a wide selection of food and coffee. the hotel was located near popular tourist attractions and restaurants.

The hotel staff was not very helpful and had a poor level of English. the air conditioning in my room was not working properly.

I was pleasantly surprised by the traditional Chinese interior and beautiful gold lining decorations in the lobby. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, I received a room upgrade and access to the executive lounge, where the breakfast had a wide range of options. The staff, especially the concierge, were very friendly and helpful in assisting with transportation and recommendations. I had a great experience at Hilton Nanjing and would recommend it to others.
