I stayed at Siam Guest House - Sha Extra Plus for a relaxing end to my holiday in Pattaya. The location down a quiet soi, just off second road, was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English, which was a great help. My room was in a separate building across the road from the main building, but it was spacious, clean and well-maintained. The daily housekeeping service ensured that my room was always fresh. The Wi-Fi connection was strong and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. it was excellent value for money.

The location was excellent, close to various attractions and easily accessible by Bath buses. Terminal 21 food court offered affordable and delicious options. The room had cool AC, was clean, and had a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and the hotel had a good value for a budget trip.

I just loved having to leave my room key at the front desk every time I went out. It added an element of excitement to my day, always wondering if I would be locked out or have to track down the night guard.

They went above and beyond to provide excellent service and even gave me some useful advice. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Pattaya Beach and major attractions. Additionally, the price was very reasonable. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with a large fridge for storing food. I also appreciated the variety of English-speaking channels on the TV.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a guest house in Pattaya. the location of the guest house was excellent, as it was within walking distance to the beach, LK Metro, Central Festival, and various shopping areas. Getting around was a breeze, thanks to the easy access to baht buses. Walking Street was also nearby for those looking for some nightlife. the staff at the guest house were amazing and spoke English fluently. the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with daily cleaning and fresh towels and sheets. the room amenities were great too, with a nice-sized TV and a comfortable, firm mattress that worked well for my lower back issues. I highly recommend staying at this guest house when visiting Pattaya.

Convenient Location: The hotel's location was great, being close to popular shopping malls and the beach. It was really convenient to be able to walk to Central Festival and enjoy some retail therapy without having to travel too far.

Awkward Stairway: The stairway to our room on the second floor was a bit difficult to navigate. It required careful walking and holding on to the handrail.

Inconvenient key drop-off system.

The location of the guest house couldn't be better - it's right in the center, close to everything. You can easily walk to the night bazaar, restaurants, and Central festival mall. The budget room offers great value for money, with daily cleaning service and helpful staff. There's even a nice terrace to relax on.

There were some issues with maintenance and customer service, as reported by a guest who had a flooding problem and wasn't attended to promptly.

Room more than adequate, very friendly staff. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, they made me feel right at home. It was like having my own personal cheerleaders throughout my stay! They were always ready to assist with a smile, making my experience truly enjoyable.
