We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-appointed rooms at Hilton Shenzhen Futian. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful during our stay, ensuring that we were upgraded to the club level which made our experience even more enjoyable. The club level offered a relaxing atmosphere and an early morning breakfast that was conveniently close to our room. The hotel exceeded our expectations, especially after staying in smaller rooms in hotels in Hong Kong. we found the hotel to be quiet and not overcrowded, which we greatly appreciated. While the location was not ideal for our meetings and evening entertainment options were limited, the hospitality and amenities at Hilton Shenzhen Futian made up for it. With its superb breakfast selection and excellent services, we highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms at Hilton were stunning, with beautiful decor and excellent facilities. The bed was super king size and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The shower room was also top-notch, providing a luxurious bathing experience. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

Lovely hotel. Staff were well versed in English and I was constantly made to feel welcome every time I came and went from the hotel. The concierge group were great telling taxi's where I wanted to go and made sure I had a card with address in Chinese so I could get back home. The executive suites were fantastic and breakfast and early dinner were complimentary on the executive floor. I could get to most websites I needed on the hotel wifi as the mobile seevice did block a lot of connections. Overall a fantastic hotel.

They went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping malls. Additionally, the room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant and relaxing environment throughout our stay.

There were a few small issues that were disappointing during our stay. the restaurant closed quite early, making it difficult to find food if we arrived late in the evening.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The front desk staff, Daniel Xu, Terry Lin, and Concierge Jonus, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The customer service lady was particularly amazing when I left my passports in the safe and she helped retrieve them for me. The room itself was fantastic with a huge floor-to-ceiling window, a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom. I appreciated the thoughtful design of the bathroom with only one sink, allowing for easy organization of toiletries. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at the Hilton in Shenzhen. The hotel is well-resourced with top-notch amenities and a modern, stylish interior design. The buffet dinner was outstanding with a wide variety of delicious food options. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant, especially Calvin, Kevin, Claire from the restaurant, and the concierge staff, Darian and Eric. The location was convenient, close to the MTR system. I highly recommend this hotel for a great weekend break.

The consigliere service and staff were very helpful with everything, including getting taxis and helping with package delivery. The hotel was clean and the rooms were big and comfortable. The TV channels included HBO and other western channels. The internet worked well, even with some services that normally don't work in China. The staff, particularly Calvin, Kevin, Claire from the restaurant, the cleaning lady Shirley. Calvin even went out of his way to buy me a local potion to relieve mosquito bites and didn't accept payment. The breakfast offered a lot of choices and the gym and pool were good.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and reliable WiFi. The hotel's proximity to a local shopping mall with a variety of dining options, including an Italian restaurant, made it convenient for us to grab a bite to eat. Getting taxis was also easy, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. We also appreciated the close proximity to the metro, which made it convenient for us to explore the city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. They made us feel welcome and were always willing to answer our questions. The location of the hotel was convenient, with the metro station right at the hotel front door. This made it easy for us to explore this city and visit other places such as Guangzhou and Hong Kong. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel.
